While we work hard to try to anticipate our sales volume every day, you can probably guess it's not an exact science. The thing that makes our meats so special is that they are cooked low and slow - so low and slow it's not possible to slip another shrimp on the barbie, so to speak! Our brisket and pulled pork are smoked overnight, so when we run out for the day, that's it! Our chicken and ribs are made the same day we serve them, and we are deeply committed to food quality and freshness. So if you have your heart set on a particular menu item, come in early in the day or place a catering order to guarantee availability. And in the event we're out of something, feel free to ask for a sample of what's available - it might just become your new favorite!
